Rick Goralnick has joined Spencer Spirit Holdings VP Licensing for both Spencer’s and Spirit Halloween.
He joins from his own consultancy practice Lucky 13 Licensing & Marketing. Prior to that he had senior licensing roles at Richard Leeds, Marvel Entertainment, American Greetings, Crayola and Hasbro.
