When a refund request is received, All Rights Reserved Ltd reserves the right to track the usage by an individual (through his/her username and password) of:

- Frequency of use
- Time period of use
No refund will be granted if All Rights Reserved Ltd has reason to believe that an individual has viewed any of the information that they purchased.

Refunds Following Cancellation
If you do cancel your purchase within the 7 day cooling off period then we will refund your payment. If you paid by credit or debit card via the PayPal website, your refund will be made directly via PayPal within 30 days of your cancellation. If you paid by any other means then your refund will be made by cheque, this will be posted to you within 30 days of your cancellation.
