Pamela Gill Alabaster

Pamela Gill Alabaster has joined Mattel as Head of Global Sustainability.

She joins from Centric Brands where she was Chief Marketing & Communications Officer. Prior to that she had senior roles at Revlon and Estee Lauder, and spent over 20 years at L’Oreal most recently as SVP Corporate Communications, Sustainable Development & Public Affairs.
