Marie-Laure Marchand has joined Xilam Animation as EVP Global Consumer Products.

She joins from Brand Loyalty where she Global Licensing Director, Instant Loyalty Promotions. Prior to that she was International Licensing Director at Studio 100. She has also had roles at Big Bocca TV and NRJ
