WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As their Head of Non Food Product and Loyalty, you will create a three year strategic plan for product growth, reviewing new product opportunities, territories and partners and setting strategic targets and forecasts whilst delivering to budget. You’ll do this by working collaboratively to maximise all available resources both internally and externally.
Working with licensees, you’ll deliver an agreed suite of brand assets for each license partner to deliver on their marketing and communications strategy, having sought agreement with our central content team.
You will be expected to review existing partnerships, put bespoke business and marketing plans in place and form close working relationships with all licensees and key retailers, conducting regular performance reviews planned around the retailers category planning process.
Using insight from their internal marketing, analyst and retail activation teams, you’ll agree a Brand Loyalty programme strategy and solution, making recommendations on driving incremental revenue via the incumbent loyalty partner and identify new opportunities to tie-in new territories.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
With a proven track record in brand licensing, category management and/or marketing for a leading brand, manufacturer or retailer brands at Director level, you’ll have excellent knowledge and experience in driving strategy, growing brands, implementing commercial and product development strategy for licensed products. You will have experience in e-commerce, brand extension, IP management and business development. International retail market exposure would also be an advantage.
Understanding and management of complex cross-functional interdependencies will come easily to you and you’ll be a spearhead for new collaborative ways of working both internally and externally, setting up/improving currents systems and processes. You have the ability to inspire and lead multiple stakeholders to deliver a common goal and work flexibly, commercially and as a self starter.
Through your understanding of key suppliers and manufacturers within non-food production and insight relating to consumer trends within these areas, you can utilise data to drive your strategy.
Having excellent knowledge of marketing and communications, you will have a clear understanding of all of Jamie’s media touchpoints.
You come with an extensive ‘black book’ of contacts/strong network, being an excellent communicator at all levels with first-rate relationship management skills. Passionate about non-food and the Jamie Oliver brand, you act as a senior ambassador for the Jamie Oliver brand and business at all times.
