The Role
To support the Founders and Board of Directors with responsibility for operations and administration of the business. Primary responsibility for co-ordination of all aspects of the business to ensure effective operations in a high growth environment. Also responsible for business planning and co-ordinating development of strategies, policies and plans for the future growth of the business.
Primary Responsibilities

Co-ordination of all activities within the company.

Ensure agreed strategies are implemented.

Safeguard shareholders investments both of assets and income streams. Maximise the potential opportunities for the company.

Responsible for development of the annual business plan in collaboration with other directors and management.

Liaise with the Board to approve significant transactions and monitor progress.

Provide day to day support to the managers and staff of the business.
Strategic Management
Co-ordinating all aspects of the company’s future strategies including ensuring plans are developed; approved; implemented and monitored in the following areas:
