Dave Tovey has joined DHX Brands as Business Development Manager EMEA.

He joins from Mind Candy, where he spent 5 years most recently as Licensing & Retail Manager. Prior to that he was Licensing Manager at Classic Media and Executive at Entertainment Rights.
