Description

Our client is seeking an exceptional candidate to assume overall responsibility for category management and licensee product development process.

• Develop strong business relationships with key licensees.
• Accountability to drive licensee revenues within categories.
• Create business plans and constantly develop and analyse new business opportunities.
• Agree annual business plans with key licensees to include sales growth, retail distribution, range plans and marketing requirements.
• Measurement of licensee KPI’s within business plans, with quarterly business reviews with licensees to monitor.
• Understanding licensed partners business and creative needs without compromising their strategy and brand values.
• Provide regular information flow to licensees of all category and brand business updates.
• Follow-up on how licensee products within the categories are tracking towards licensee and brand objectives.
• Working closely with cross- functional teams such as marketing, legal and accounts to ensure implementation of the brand and category strategies.
• Provide guidelines to the sales team to prospect new targets (manufacturers, retail) for business development.
