Licensingpages Recruitment established in January 2007, aims to satisfy the employment opportunities surrounding all roles within the licensing and brand industry. The Licensingpages Recruitment Directors are Andrew Levy, Ian Downes and Trudi Hayward. Ian Downes is the Founder of Start Licensing Limited a boutique style licensing agency. Ian founded Start Licensing in 2004 prior to this he was Group Managing Director of Fox Kids Europe's Consumer Products Division and held senior positions at Copyright Promotions Licensing Group. He has been involved in licensing for over 15 years and has wide experience of the industry domestically and internationally. He was recently voted into number one position in Promotions & Incentives Licensing Leaders review of 2007.

Trudi Hayward's licensing career started 15 years ago, during which time she has worked at Beanstalk Europe, Copyright Promotions Group, Entertainment Rights and more recently MTV and Nickelodeon. Trudi has experience working across high profile entertainment and brand properties such as Biker Mice from Mars, Coca-Cola, Little Tikes, James Bond. Mr Men, Dennis the Menace, Star Wars, the Marvel portfolio, Postman Pat, Basil Brush, Fisher Price and all of the Nickelodeon properties including SpongeBob Squarepants and the 2007 pre-school property of the year - Dora The Explorer. Trudi established the Nickelodeon business in the UK, taking it to the position of one of the leading UK licensors! During her 15 years in this industry Trudi has accumulated many contacts in the business and feels that she is best placed to recommend the right person for the role in question.

Andrew Levy spent 3 years at Best Foods Unilever in brand management before joining Copyright Promotions as a Licensing Executive, where he held the position for 2 years. He left to set up and run Allegiance UK which was acting both as a licensee (Sylvester cat litter-Warner Bros. and Popeye spinach-King Features) and a licensing agent (The Big Breakfast-Channel4, Betty Spaghetty-Ohio Art,Beverly Hills Polo Club-BHPC). In 1998 he set up and ran the LIMA UK office (until 2006)and launched Licensingpages, which he continues to run to this day.
