We verify and amend the details of each organisation listed in the Directory by sending an email to the 'key contact email' address. This is done twice a year, in Nov/Dec and then again in March/April prior to publication of the printed and Licensingpages® -The Directory which comes out each June. So make sure your 'key contact email' address is up to date and remember to check your details!
