Ian Downes

Ian Downes is the Founder of Start Licensing Limited a boutique style licensing agency. Ian founded Start Licensing in 2004 prior to this he was Group Managing Director of Fox Kids Europe’s Consumer Products Division and held senior positions at Copyright Promotions Licensing Group. He has been involved in licensing for over 15 years and has wide experience of the industry domestically and internationally. He was recently voted into number one position in Promotions & Incentives Licensing Leaders review of 2007.

 

Andrew Levy

Andrew Levy spent 3 years at Best Foods Unilever in brand management before joining Copyright Promotions as a Licensing Executive, where he held the position for 2 years. He left to set up and run Allegiance UK which was acting both as a licensee (Sylvester cat litter-Warner Bros. and Popeye spinach-King Features) and a licensing agent (The Big Breakfast-Channel4, Betty Spaghetty-Ohio Art,Beverly Hills Polo Club-BHPC). In 1998 he set up and ran the LIMA UK office (until 2006) and launched Licensingpages, which he continues to run to this day.
