Simon’s Cat is the perfect example of a previously unknown cartoonist who decided to practice using some new animation software. Somehow it ended up on YouTube and a few months later 45 million people had seen the animation and sent it to friends. Amazing how many people became aware of the brand in such a short time. A book deal followed and the rest will be history. Does anyone have any other good examples?
