With unemployment rising and access to cheap money hard to find, let’s manage expectations and admit we are bouncing on the bottom right now…right?…

In general yes, we do bouncing on the bottom right now. But, from other side we have kind of that situation in Eastern Europe for some time already (much longer) than Western part of world.
